Manual Lymph Drainage (MLD)

Manual lymph drainage (MLD) is a light skin-stretching massage that helps promote the movement of lymphatic fluid out of the swelling site. It should not be confused with a Swedish massage. MLD is specifically focused on the lymph vessels to help the flow of lymphatic fluid. Therapy is applied in a specific sequence to optimize the maximum benefit of MLD. 

MLD also helps to reduce swelling and pain after the removal of lymph nodes. It is the recycling of the excess fluid in our body back to the blood stream and as a result, you will see reduction of swelling in legs, arms, and more.
